The agreement between you and Opsette for using the app. Plain terms, no surprises.
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Opsette LLC (“Opsette,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
You need to be at least 18 years old to use Opsette. If you’re using it on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.
Opsette is an all-in-one operations platform for small businesses. It brings together tools for booking, clients, invoicing, payments, bookkeeping, and more. We add, change, and remove features over time as the product grows.
You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current. Tell us right away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
When you use Opsette, you agree not to:
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Opsette is a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and your plan renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime, and you’ll keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time.
If we change our pricing, we’ll let you know before it affects your next renewal.
The data you put into Opsette is yours. You keep all rights to it. You give us a limited license to store and process that data only so we can run the service for you. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising. You can export or delete your data at any time. For details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
Opsette connects to outside services for things like payments and calendar sync. When you use those connections, the other service’s own terms and privacy policies also apply. We’re not responsible for how those third parties handle your information.
Opsette, including the software, design, and branding, belongs to Opsette LLC. Using the service doesn’t give you any ownership of it. You may not copy or reuse our software or brand without permission.
Opsette is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it running well, and we don’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Opsette LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that harms others. If your account is closed, you can request an export of your data, subject to reasonable limits.
We may update these terms as the product and the law change. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we’ll give you a heads-up. Continuing to use Opsette after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
